SofaMend may offer secure online payment options for eligible marketplace purchases, services and other permitted platform transactions. Available methods may include cards, UPI, net banking, wallets or other methods enabled by the authorised payment service provider.

Secure payment flow

• Payment details are processed through authorised payment providers; SofaMend does not intentionally store full card credentials.
• Orders are confirmed after successful payment authorisation and applicable order validation.
• Prices, taxes and delivery charges, where applicable, are shown before order confirmation.
• Failed, pending or reversed transactions may take time to be reconciled by the bank or payment provider.

Customer responsibilities
