Seller Policy

Sellers must provide accurate product, stock, pricing, condition, warranty and fulfilment information. New, refurbished and pre-owned items must be represented clearly.

Seller responsibilities

• Maintain lawful business and tax compliance applicable to the seller.
• Honour confirmed orders unless a lawful or operational exception applies.
• Maintain product quality and accurate inventory.
• Respond to customer or SofaMend requests connected with fulfilment, returns or disputes.
• Follow platform rules and applicable consumer protection requirements.

SofaMend may review, suspend or remove listings or seller access for policy, security or compliance reasons.
